🔹 If our lifestyle interferes with a major goal, things won’t work out. Objectives should align with a life plan, not just a business plan. Strategize and execute holistically, build a system that supports all areas, so different elements will be in synergy.

🔹 Only about 1% of people regularly review their goals and progress. Clarify your “why” and write down the process. Writing helps anchor our vision and creates stronger neural connections.

🔹 Visionaries like to focus on the big picture, but we can’t change the world (even our personal world) at once. Focus on one main goal for each area of life (e.g. body, mind, relationships, business). Break these into actionable steps and schedule them realistically.

🔹 There is no one structure that will motivate everyone. Gamify tedious tasks and create a personal reward system. Acknowledge small wins in ways that inspire, whether it’s a personal treat or celebrating achievements.

🔹 Willpower is limited, so design a supportive environment. Use visual cues (e.g. laying out workout equipment/clothes) to trigger habits. Minimize distractions and eliminate obstacles, both mentally and physically

🔹 Surround yourself with aligned people who share your values and are on a similar journey. Don’t feel shy to draw boundaries with whoever does not fit. This creates a reinforcing network that supports progress.

🔹 When you slip, don’t see it as failure of you as a person or the whole plan. Reflect, reassess what has gone sideways, why, and get back on track with grace.
